Things you may need ~

• Driving licence – we highly recommend exploring locally and can give you some hints and tips for sightseeing. (If you are American you will need an International license in order to rent a car)
• A plug adapter – we are 2 pin here
• Sweaters & warm clothes [except June,July, August] - bring layers of clothing, as it will get cooler in the evenings and mornings. In April, May, September and October bring a sweater or jacket. It may also rain during these months.

SECURITY DEPOSITS / DAMAGES – We prefer to work on a trust basis.  However, things do happen and you are responsible for any damage to the Villa while in residence, except of course anything caused by bad weather! The renter agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order, damage & breakages will be charged according to their present day value.

Any person entering the swimming pool  are advised by virtue of this notice that they are utilizing such facilities entirely at their own risk and that they are fully aware that there are no life-saving facilities of any nature provided and therefore indemnify the owners of this facility in full and shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against the owners including any claim from any injury/ bodily harm/death and or/loss of property which could arise from the use of this facility.  Any person using the swimming pool area are reminded that they should not enter the swimming pool having consumed alcohol or drugs

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance which will cover you for any eventuality.
